Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the pharmaceutical division within a life sciences process engineering provider. The role focuses on EPC projects, process systems, and hygienic liquid processing equipment, with UK, Ireland, and USA coverage and opportunities for international travel.

You will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth of £23m+ annually, recruit and manage a worldwide sales team, and build lasting client relationships across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven sales experience in pharmaceutical process equipment and EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, compliance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide global sales leadership and strategic direction for the pharmaceutical sector.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan with forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead negotiations and build long-term client partnerships.
• Recruit and develop a global sales team to support expansion.
• Represent the company at international events and meetings.
