Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics and warehouse roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage site inventory control and participate in annual counts.
• Back up Logistics Team Leader and supervise Material Handlers and dispatch.
• Review SOPs, drive continuous improvement, and monitor KPIs.
• Manage CAA Known Consignor program.
• Use SAP and freight systems to track inbound/outbound shipments.
• Validate invoices, packing lists, and air waybills for accuracy.
• Book road, air, or sea transport and track loads end-to-end.
• Resolve routing delays or damaged goods and improve SOPs.
• Cross-functional interaction to meet site goals and reduce costs.
• Develop and report cost reduction projects to warehouse/logistics manager.
• Send customs clearance instructions and check import declarations.
