Job summary

Finisterre, based in Bristol with hybrid work, seeks an Operations & Logistics Manager to own the day-to-day UK and international logistics from supplier to customer, through 3PL and stores. You will hold operational accountability for 3PL, inbound freight and customs, while safeguarding stock accuracy and coordinating with buying, merchandising, finance and channel teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations or logistics management role.
• Hands-on experience managing a 3PL relationship with SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of international freight and UK import/export customs.
• Experience owning stock accuracy processes and counts.
• Commercial mindset with cost and service focus.
• Analytical with ability to produce clear reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics from FOB handover to 3PL receipt and optimise routes.
• Own 3PL relationships, SLAs, KPIs and performance reviews.
• Oversee customs compliance, classification, valuation and documentation.
• Ensure accurate goods-in-transit, data in systems and HS codes.
• Lead day-to-day 3PL performance across inbound/outbound/returns.
• Deliver outbound fulfilment to stores, ecommerce and wholesale to SLAs.
• Maintain stock accuracy across 3PL and retail, including counts.
• Escalate issues, run weekly stakeholder meetings, review SOPs.
• Produce reporting on supplier compliance, freight costs and performance.
• Own environmental impact reporting for logistics and drive reductions.
