Job summary

Finisterre, a UK-based sustainable outdoor brand, is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager to own the day-to-day UK and international logistics. You will manage 3PL relationships, inbound freight, customs, stock accuracy, and drive efficiency while reducing environmental impact.

Based in Bristol with hybrid working, the role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 and a progressive benefits package. You’ll collaborate with buying, finance, and channel teams to keep products moving on time

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations or logistics management role, ideally within a multi-channel retail or apparel business.
• Hands-on experience managing a 3PL relationship, including SLAs, KPIs and reviews.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, UK import/export customs, and stock accuracy processes.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound logistics from supplier handover to 3PL receipt, optimizing routes and carriers.
• Manage 3PL relationships, KPIs, rates, and performance ahead of renewals.
• Oversee customs compliance including classification, valuation and documentation.
• Ensure accurate goods-in-transit data and HS code information in systems.
• Lead the weekly stakeholder meeting and review SOPs with cross-functional teams.
• Produce regular reporting on supplier compliance, freight costs, and logistics performance.
• Drive environmental impact reporting and reduction initiatives in the supply chain.
