Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate inbound/outbound operations, maintain ERP data, and provide analytics to improve supply chain performance while upholding high delivery standards. London-based role with global scope.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and coordinate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Arrange export paperwork and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain tracking of all in-transit shipments and flag risks/delays to the team.
• Coordinate inbound supply chain to ensure products are imported, received and processed efficiently.
• Provide operational visibility/analytics to improve supply chain performance.
• Coordinate 3PL order processing and dispatch to retailers across Bleach London network.
• Maintain ERP systems across locations and ensure data accuracy.
• Support investigations and recovery of OTIF charges and deductions.
