Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an LMS Coordinator to support the global Learning Management System, including system configuration, user data, training content and reporting. You will be the primary contact for countries needing digital learning support and L&D guidance.

You will help design learning pathways, support the L&D Strategy through technology, and work with stakeholders to produce monthly and annual training reports ensuring regulatory compliance and demonstrated impact.

Qualifications

• Learning and development experience highly desirable.
• LMS Administration and coordination in Cornerstone is desirable.
• Experience prioritising and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience communicating with diverse cultures and delivering customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure the global LMS, including user data and access levels.
• Collaborate with managers to design learning pathways and reports.
• Produce monthly and annual training reports to demonstrate impact and regulatory compliance.
• Support countries with digital learning and L&D requests.
• Communicate system changes and new functionality to the L&D community.
