Job summary

Multiverse seeks a Senior Manager, Coach & Instructor Enablement to shape the delivery organisation and drive scalable outcomes across thousands of learners. You’ll build a four-pillared Enablement framework and an Enablement Operations platform, guiding a team of six specialists across coaching programs.

You will influence across multiple departments, ensuring clear ownership, measurable outcomes and timely learner achievement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record balancing cross-functional priorities while delivering impact in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrable ability to take loosely defined work and establish clear ownership, cadence and measures.
• Fluent collaboration across teams you do not directly manage to achieve outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities and data-led decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for each pillar, define owner, mandate and measures, prioritise work.
• Build Enablement Operations with clear ownership and timely delivery.
• Prioritise roadmap, say no clearly and re-sequence when needed.
• Deliver through partnerships with Learning, Operations and Quality.
• Close feedback loop with Delivery Leadership using data trends.
• Lead and develop six specialists with regular coaching and reviews.
