Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Senior Learning Program Manager to lead global learning and enablement initiatives across Sales, PreSales, and GCS. You will translate business needs into impactful learning solutions and drive measurable outcomes, while coaching a team of three Learning Program Managers.

Preferred location is the UK near Solihull, with up to 5-10% travel across Europe. The role emphasizes collaboration with Go-to-Market teams, adoption of AI tools, and delivering

Formación

• Significant experience in Learning & Development, Learning Consultancy, Sales Enablement or Learning Program Management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale learning, enablement or business transformation programs within global or matrixed organisations.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate business challenges into effective learning solutions.
• People leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex global learning and enablement programs that support strategic business transformation.
• Partner with Go-to-Market stakeholders to identify business needs and design enablement programs that drive capability development, process adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into learning strategies, roadmaps and measurable program objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving engagement, governance and adoption across cross-functional initiatives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern learning practices to improve program effectiveness, efficiency and learner impact.
