Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning & Workforce Reinvention Manager to lead complex client engagements across London, Manchester, and Edinburgh. You will steer end-to-end learning and workforce transformation programs, align them with enterprise strategy, and guide senior stakeholders through AI-enabled learning transformations.

You will deliver across design, content, platforms, and change adoption, while driving business development and developing junior team members in a fast-growing Talent

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end-to-end client engagements in learning or workforce transformation.
• Experience delivering with outcomes and client value beyond activity.
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders across learning, talent and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement lead on client programmes, owning delivery and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee learning experience design, content development, platform implementation and delivery management.
• Architect enterprise-scale skilling solutions integrating content ecosystems and AI tools.
• Connect learning initiatives to organisation design, change, and talent operating models.
• Advise on product/platform strategy and selection for modern learning ecosystems.
• Design and lead enterprise AI skilling programmes to build role-specific capability.
• Identify and shape new opportunities, contribute to proposals and bid processes.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to practice development.
