GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Technical Programme Manager (AI SDLC) in the UK to lead multi-million-pound engineering programmes and drive AI-powered software transformation across enterprise SDLCs. You will guide end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled platforms, govern risk and governance, and collaborate with senior client executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of how AI integrates into modern software engineering—including LLMOps, RAG patterns, Agentic frameworks, fine-tuning vs. prompt engineering, vector storage, and model observability tools.
Experience with enterprise DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, trunk-based development, and AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, and Amazon Q.

Responsibilities

Drive full lifecycle of complex software programmes incorporating AI (Custom LLM solutions, RAG architectures, Agentic Workflows, AI-powered SDLC tooling) from discovery to production rollout.
Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into client software pipelines, measuring developer productivity and code quality.
Interrogate architectural decisions across the AI stack to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
Lead technical pre-sales engagements, architecting SOWs and proposals for AI platform engineering engagements.
Establish governance for AI software quality, including automated evals, regression testing, and hallucination monitoring.
