Job summary

RES is seeking a Senior Lead for Reporting, Analytics and AI to shape a world-class data and AI capability. You will own analytics products, data models and AI initiatives across the enterprise, empowering senior leaders with trusted, real-time insights.

You will lead a global Data & AI function, collaborate with stakeholders, guide architecture and governance, and apply ML/LLMs to business problems, delivering scalable, secure data products and value-driven analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, data analytics, computer science or related field.
• Proven track record in leading data/AI initiatives at scale.
• Strong Python, SQL, data modelling and analytics skills.
• Experience with AI/ML and generative AI across enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of analytics and AI products, turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Partner with executives to shape strategy and governance for data/AI platforms.
• Build scalable data models, reports and AI-enabled analytics across the business.
