Job summary

RES is accelerating its data, analytics and AI capabilities to empower decision-making across the business. The Senior Lead will own the delivery of scalable data and AI products, champion governance, and drive real-time insights for senior leaders.

You will lead global teams, partner with IT and business stakeholders, and shape the strategy for modern data platforms and responsible AI. The role combines hands-on analytics, architecture leadership and an emphasis on enterprise-scale data

Qualifications

Degree in data science, data analytics, or computer science.
Experience leading data/AI initiatives at scale across enterprise.
Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
Strong Python, SQL and data modelling skills.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of analytics and AI products, ensuring scalable data platforms.
Lead and coach global teams; collaborate with IT, security and vendors.
Define target-state architecture for reporting, analytics and AI.
Develop semantic data models and governance for enterprise use of AI.
Apply ML/AI to business problems with rigorous validation for bias and reliability.
Lead UAT and business validation for analytics outputs and AI products.
