Job summary

RES is seeking a Senior Lead - Reporting, Analytics and AI to steer data, analytics and AI initiatives at scale. You will lead cross‑functional teams, shape strategy, and deliver trusted data and AI products for executive decision-making.

As 2IC for global Data & AI Analytics, you will drive governance, data modelling, and AI solutions with Azure, Fabric and Power Platform, while guiding teams and vendors toward high standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, data analytics, computer science or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead analytics, AI and data projects at scale.
• Strong Python, modelling and SQL skills in an enterprise context.

Responsibilities

• Lead data, AI and analytics capability across the organisation with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Own the target state for reporting, analytics and AI platforms, ensuring security and governance.
• Deliver scalable data products and BI/AI capabilities using modern cloud platforms.
