Job summary

RES is accelerating its data and AI capabilities, seeking a Senior Lead to shape data-driven decisions across the business. You will design and deliver scalable analytics products, data models, and AI solutions to empower senior leaders with trusted insights.

As 2IC for Data & AI Analytics, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, govern data products, and champion AI modernization at scale.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, data analytics or computer science.
• UK citizen or full UK work rights. No visa sponsorship.
• Extensive hands-on experience with data, analytics and AI at enterprise level.
• Experience delivering data models, BI and AI solutions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of analytics and AI products across the business.
• Design scalable data models and governance for enterprise data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate problems into actionable insights.
• Coach and develop junior staff and federated teams.
• Apply ML/AI tools including LLMs and RAG to business problems.
