RES is a leading renewable energy company driving transformation through data and AI. We seek a Senior Lead to shape data-driven decision-making, deliver scalable analytics products, and lead a global Data & AI function in a hands-on leadership role.

You will own analytics strategy, govern data models, and empower senior leaders with real-time insights using modern cloud platforms and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, data analytics, or computer science.
• Track record of senior data/AI leadership with stakeholder influence.
• Hands-on data modelling, analytics and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Oversee governance and security of analytics platforms.
• Design semantic and dimensional data models.
• Apply ML and AI to business problems.
• Lead teams and external vendors globally.
