Job summary

RES is seeking a Senior Lead for Reporting, Analytics and AI to shape the data strategy and lead the global analytics function. You will design scalable data models, govern analytics products, and champion AI-driven decision making across the enterprise.

You will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with stakeholders at senior levels, and apply ML/LLM techniques to deliver automated insights. This role requires strong leadership and deep data expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering extensive reporting, modelling and advanced analytics across complex data domains.
• Proven ability to design scalable, governed data models and analytics products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Applying ML/AI and LLM techniques to business problems and automation.

Responsibilities
