Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories seeks a Senior Lab Project Services Manager to oversee end-to-end operational delivery of clinical research projects. You will design and launch complex studies, review processes, and lead protocol and budget discussions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical trials, project management or laboratory environment preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Project Management processes and laboratory operations (kits, logistics, data reporting, etc.).
• Experience in leading large, global and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Management operational delivery.
• Oversee design and launch of non-standard, complex clinical research studies.
• Review processes to improve project execution and database design/implementation.
• Coordinate protocol and budget reviews and lead meetings.
• Develop and implement project plans, milestones, risks, and action logs.
• Maintain study documentation and oversee monitoring and reporting through the lifecycle.
