Job summary

Core Laboratories is seeking a Global Organizational Development Manager to lead the company’s global learning and development strategy, partnering with senior leadership and HR to design, implement, and deliver impactful programs that align with business objectives and strengthen organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Ten years of related professional experience may substitute for a degree; High School Diploma required.
• Demonstrable experience in leadership/organizational development in a corporate environment.
• Global, international, and corporate experience required.
• Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee programs strengthening knowledge, skills and behaviors, and improve leadership and culture.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance performance and decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify needs and design targeted development programs.
• Collaborate with global BU leads to improve leadership and capabilities to meet objectives.
• Work with global HR to ensure program plans and monitor outcomes.
• Create and deliver Leadership, Functional Competence, Technical Training, Succession and Talent Development products.
• Use data analytics to measure learning needs and inform talent decisions.
• Design and deliver organisational development programmes including coaching and change management.
