Job summary

Our client is a growing global business seeking a Global Learning & Development Coordinator to support delivery of learning initiatives, onboarding, and development programmes across the organisation. You will collaborate with the Learning & Development and HR teams to coordinate inductions, training programmes and learning initiatives, while acting as a first point of contact for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting an HR, Learning & Development or People function.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience using an LMS or HR system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global induction programmes for new starters.
• Manage L&D and HR Operations inboxes and calendars.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to schedule induction schedules and training sessions.
• Support the delivery of instructor-led and e-learning programmes.
• Act as a super-user and administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain training materials, user guides and learning records.
• Produce regular reporting and track key L&D and HR metrics.
• Assist with troubleshooting system issues and liaise with IT where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve L&D processes, policies and programmes.
• Ensure all records, trackers and learning logs are accurately maintained.
• Provide high-quality administrative support across the wider L&D function.
