Job summary

Allen Associates is seeking a Global Training Coordinator to organise inductions and company-wide training while supporting the learning management system. You will help stakeholders obtain fast, consistent answers and contribute to governance through accurate tracking.

The role focuses on coordinating sessions, managing queries, and supporting LMS administration to ensure accessible learning and reliable reporting. Hybrid working and client-facing collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

  • You must have previous experience supporting a busy HR or learning & development team in an administrative capacity
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading on process improvement processes
  • Experience working with HRIS and LMS systems, data, and reporting - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience with Zensai, Go One or similar learning platforms is desirable
  • Your CV and application must demonstrate experience in L&D and HR, with a proven client-facing mindset and eagerness to interact and connect with all stakeholders across an organisation

Training Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Salary up to £35k plus eligibility into a discretionary bonus scheme

Location

You can access the role by public transport or via on-site parking. The role supports hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office at least3 days per week and to work across two Oxford based offices. Travel between these sites may be required.
