The role coordinates and delivers learning activities, provides practical L&D guidance to managers and individuals, and optimises our digital learning tools.

This is a remote-friendly, 37.5-hour-per-week position with potential desk space at our Oxford office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering L&D programs to staff and partners.
• Ability to develop and implement learning interventions.
• Strong communication and advisory skills for managers and teams.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and evaluation methods.
