This is a remote-friendly, 37.5-hour-per-week position with potential desk space at our Oxford office.

If this momentum continues to grow, in the next 10-15 years we could reach a place where 95% of the world has the Bible in their language, and the New Testament is available to almost everyone! As the L&D Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in translating our L&D approach into accessible, engaging, and practical learning opportunities for our staff and mission partners worldwide. You will coordinate and deliver learning activities, provide practical L&D advice to managers and individuals, optimise our digital learning systems, and support key programs like Equipped for Excellence.
