DPD is seeking an International Key Account Manager to retain and grow relationships with large international customers, acting as a logistics consultant with deep knowledge of global shipping and a passion for long-term partnerships.

This is a national role with travel flexibility. You will visit aligned customers, develop account plans, manage major international tenders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive revenue and service excellence across markets.

Aufgaben

• Visiting all aligned customers with predetermined account management objectives, upsell initiatives and international updates
• Developing a detailed account development plan and roadmap to support designated revenue targets
• Maintaining up-to-date information on customers via Salesforce and related documents
• Managing handover of new major international accounts from development/sales
• Supporting and leading international tender processes as needed
• Establishing relationships with key stakeholders across portfolio on multiple levels
• Identifying additional international revenue opportunities and coordinating with relevant teams
• Assessing客户 needs and guiding international solution development with cross-functional input
• Following up with lost international customers and conducting exit analyses to regain business
• Managing resolutions of international customer problems to sustain long-term retention
• Monitoring international account revenue and profitability and seeking rate renewal improvements
• Preparing agendas, presentations and meeting minutes, recording actions
• Providing commercial support during new business phases and launches of new international strategic customers
