Candex is seeking an adaptable IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team. You will deliver technical support across multiple offices, manage local and remote IT infrastructures, and ensure efficient tool utilization.

The role requires periodic on-site visits to our London office and may become hybrid in the future. The ideal candidate has a solid IT foundation, embraces new technologies, and enjoys continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across global offices.
• Develop user training materials for software and tools.
• Manage hardware inventory, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Package and distribute software across operating systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with ISO27001 or similar standards.
