Job summary

PZ Cussons is hiring an Onsite IT Support Engineer in London. You’ll deliver high-quality support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology across UK sites. You’ll diagnose issues, manage incidents, and ensure a smooth user experience while contributing to digital transformation.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, ITSM experience, and excellent communication to support meetings and events. A relevant IT qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support Engineer or similar role in a multi-site environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows devices, hardware, software and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of ITSM, incident/change management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, high-quality support across hardware, software and workplace tech.
• Own technical issues from diagnosis to resolution with minimal disruption.
• Support digital tools and meeting room tech across UK locations.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 projects and user adoption initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and enhance employee experience.
