Candex is seeking an adaptable IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team. This remote role supports our offices worldwide, handling hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring efficient tool usage.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong communication, and experience with Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, plus MDM solutions such as Intune and Google MDM, and a passion for continuous learning and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across all levels.
• Proficient hardware/software troubleshooting with methodical approach.
• Familiarity with multiple OS (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android) and IoT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across global offices.
• Develop documentation and user training on software/tools.
• Establish scalable lifecycle management processes.
• Develop IT policies to enhance security, data integrity, and availability.
• Enforce information security standards (ISO27001 or equivalent).
• Manage permissions, licenses, and hardware inventory; liaise with vendors.
• Package and deploy software across operating systems.
