Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience building and configuring end-user devices.
• Knowledge of user account administration and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support to internal users.
• Support laptop builds, device configuration, user onboarding, and deployment.
• Assist with Microsoft updates and security compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
