Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals in West Drayton is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Fixed Term) to provide day-to-day technical support across the business. The role involves maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and finance processes would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong IT support experience with end-user focus (onsite and remote) in a corporate setting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to onsite and remote users.
• Set up and maintain end-user devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and security.
• Support network infrastructure including LAN/Wi‑Fi environments, routers, and switches.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and support partners.
• Assist with IT project delivery, migrations and upgrades.
• Maintain IT documentation and incident records.
• Support Dynamics 365 Business Central with finance teams.
• Travel internationally as needed.
