Job summary

Sitetracker is seeking an International Financial Controller to lead the finance team across seven entities (UK, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Singapore, Australia, India). You will own end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and financial reporting, partnering with the CFO to modernize processes and drive enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or regional equivalent.
• Proven experience owning month-end/quarter-end close for multiple entities across currencies.
• Experience designing/ improving consolidation frameworks and currency translation.
• Proven ability to accelerate multi-entity close calendars with accuracy and compliance.
• Experience standing up international entities and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the International Finance team across seven entities, delivering a clean close within sub-10 days.
• Own regional compliance, audits, VAT/GST, CIT, payroll and transfer pricing across jurisdictions.
• Modernize close and AP/workflows to automate procure-to-pay and reporting.
• Mentor direct reports in London and India with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with US Controller to align international processes with global policies.
