Job summary

The Consultancy Group (London) seeks a senior international finance leader to oversee accounting, reporting, controls, tax, treasury and finance operations across EMEA and APAC. You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance and scalable processes while supporting growth and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-border reporting and consolidations, audits, and payroll oversight, with a focus on robust internal controls

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience in Controller, Finance Director or senior controllership roles.
• Strong international accounting, reporting and compliance expertise; experience in multinational organisations (US-led reporting structures is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control, reporting, consolidations and compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Manage audits, statutory reporting, tax and payroll oversight.
• Partner with leadership on forecasting, commercial decision-making and strategic projects.
• Drive process improvements, systems enhancements and stronger internal controls.
• Lead and develop a high-performing international finance team.

Education

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
