Job summary

Quantifi seeks an experienced Controller to lead our global accounting, reporting, controls and compliance as the business scales, bringing strong FP&A capability for budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision support. The role demands a hands-on controller who runs both the close and the plan with solid accounting fundamentals in a global software/fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA, USCPA a bonus.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with a controllership core.
• Proven FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Consolidate statements across UK, US, and Australia with FX and intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure IFRS/UK GAAP and US GAAP reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting with KPI analysis.
• Oversee tax compliance, audits and regulatory filings.
