The role partners with CLT, VP of FP&A, and business leads to deliver core accounting operations, reporting, tax, treasury, compliance, and internal controls with best-in-class systems and automation.

The role emphasizes building a high-performance team culture, scalable finance architecture, and proactive risk management, aligning with corporate strategy and enterprise financial goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading global accounting teams.
• Experience with US GAAP and multi-jurisdiction environments.
• Executive leadership across finance, tax, treasury, and audit.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to elevate Global Accounting as a value-add center.
• Architect scalable finance organization and agile capability.
• Drive end-to-end accounting strategy across statutory, payroll, treasury, and tax.
• Lead governance frameworks and global controls.
• Oversee audits with external firms to ensure clean reporting.
