Dentsu Creative is seeking a Senior Programme Lead to manage Pernod Ricard’s influencer and cultural communications in the UK and US. You’ll own the senior client relationship, drive multi-market strategy, and oversee end-to-end delivery from brief to amplification, ensuring governance and compliance across borders.

Role centers on shaping impactful programmes, managing scopes and revenue, and aligning with media partners while maintaining high-quality outputs across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience running complex, multi-market client programmes.
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing within broader media ecosystems.
• Comfortable in governance-heavy environments and regulated categories.
• Strong commercial acumen—managing scopes, revenue and profitability.
• Able to balance strategy, delivery and client leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationship across Pernod Ricard global and key markets (UK/US). Translate ambition into programme direction and lead reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the influencer programme from strategy to reporting, including organic and paid amplification.
• Manage account financials, scopes, change requests and commercial agreements to ensure efficiency and margin.
• Set and maintain governance, compliance, and risk management across markets and partners.
• Lead creator and content ecosystem, briefing, contracting and delivery at scale with a consistent standard.
