Dentsu Creative is seeking a Senior Programme Lead to manage Pernod Ricard’s influencer and cultural communications in the UK and US. You’ll own the senior client relationship, drive multi-market strategy, and oversee end-to-end delivery from brief to amplification, ensuring governance and compliance across borders.
Role centers on shaping impactful programmes, managing scopes and revenue, and aligning with media partners while maintaining high-quality outputs across markets.
Job Description: Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency network built to unlock exponential growth for clients through Transformative Creativity — a unifying force that drives innovation across people, businesses, and society. Launched in June 2022, it operates in over 145 countries and is fully integrated with dentsu’s Media and CXM capabilities to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions worldwide. Guided by the philosophy of “Building Brands for What’s Next,” Dentsu Creative empowers brands to navigate current challenges and prepare for future opportunities, crafting resilient, forward-thinking strategies that thrive in an ever-evolving world.
This role leads dentsu’s relationship and delivery for Pernod Ricard’s influencer and cultural communications programme in the UK and US. You’ll sit at the centre of the partnership—responsible for commercial health, strategic direction, and ensuring the work lands effectively across markets. The programme spans creator strategy, activation, content, paid amplification and measurement, with a strong emphasis on governance, compliance and cultural impact.
Own the senior client relationship across Pernod Ricard global and key markets (UK/US). Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor. Translate business ambition into clear, actionable programme direction. Lead reviews, steer conversations, and keep momentum across stakeholders.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of the influencer programme across strategy, activation and reporting. Ensure work is integrated from brief through to amplification (organic + paid). Maintain alignment across markets, partners and internal teams. Drive consistency in how the programme shows up, while allowing for local relevance.
Own the overall financial health of the account. Manage scopes, change requests and commercial agreements. Ensure delivery is efficient, scalable and aligned to agreed outputs. Partner closely with operations to balance quality vs margin.
Ensure the programme delivers against its core objective: influencing behaviour and cultural norms, not just visibility. Challenge briefs, elevate thinking and push for better work. Maintain a clear line of sight between strategy, creators, content and outcomes. Sign off key outputs and ensure a consistent point of view across markets.
Own governance frameworks, ways of working and escalation processes. Ensure all activity aligns with Pernod Ricard’s legal, regulatory and responsible drinking requirements. Maintain strong oversight of creator selection, content approval and compliance processes. Manage risk proactively across markets and partners.
Oversee how creators are selected, managed and activated at scale. Ensure a consistent standard of briefing, contracting and delivery. Champion quality, cultural relevance and creator-led thinking. Keep the programme moving away from “campaign-first” to always‑on, ecosystem thinking.
Ensure seamless collaboration with media agencies and amplification partners. Align on roles, responsibilities and delivery timelines. Drive a genuinely connected approach between influence and media.
Oversee reporting frameworks and outputs. Ensure insight is used to refine and improve the programme continuously. Translate performance into clear client-facing narratives.
