Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Global Enablement Executive to coordinate and deliver enablement activities across markets, supporting rollout planning, documentation and training logistics. You will work closely with the Global Enablement Manager and Program Director to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The role offers hands-on delivery experience in enablement, product adoption and cross-market collaboration, with a hybrid setup based from our London office.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare updates and stakeholder communications.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams, functions and markets.
• Ability to gather, organise and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, service-minded approach and willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Global Enablement Manager and Program Director to maintain rollout plans and coordinate readiness activity across markets.
• Maintain programme documentation and trackers, capturing actions, decisions, timelines and dependencies.
• Support programme reporting by consolidating inputs and preparing status updates.
• Coordinate training and learning logistics, session planning, invitations, attendance tracking, asset coordination and follow-up.
• Support market and client enablement requests by coordinating responses and updating materials.
• Support internal product enablement activity, including rollout preparation and adoption support.
• Provide operational support for learning programmes and capability-development initiatives.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Global Operations and other teams to gather information and assist with communications.
• Respond to day-to-day enablement needs and prioritise requests.
