Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the firm’s social presence and influencer strategy, working with Digital Marketing and Corporate Affairs to shape strategy and elevate thought leadership across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms.

You’ll manage a Social Media Senior Associate, lead the internal influencer programme, partner with business stakeholders on campaigns, and analyse performance data to optimise content, engagement and investment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading social media strategies for a large organisation or brand.
• Experience building influencer or employee advocacy programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the firm’s social media and influencer marketing strategy.
• Managing and coaching a Social Media Senior Associate.
• Leading the internal influencer programme and nurturing thought leaders.
• Partnering with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and stakeholders on campaigns.
