Job summary

PwC UK seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the firm’s social media presence and influencer strategy, collaborating with Digital Marketing and Corporate Affairs to shape campaigns and governance.

You will coach a Social Media Senior Associate, build a scalable thought leadership programme, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading social media strategies for large organisations or recognised brands.
• Experience building or managing influencer, thought leadership or employee advocacy programmes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-team relationships.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational leadership.
• Experience managing people and developing high-performing teams.
• Passion for social media innovation and emerging platform trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the firm's social media and influencer marketing strategy.
• Coach a Social Media Senior Associate and support performance and development.
• Lead the internal influencer programme, identifying and nurturing thought leaders across the business.
• Partner with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to support campaigns and activations.
• Analyse performance data and campaign metrics to optimise content, engagement and investment.
• Oversee social media operations, including inbound requests, workload prioritisation, governance and best practice.
