Johnson & Johnson in Leeds, West Yorkshire seeks an Import/Export Operations Specialist to manage compliant, timely cross-border movement of DePuy Synthes products. You will handle trade docs, customs, and regulatory requirements in a regulated medical device environment.

The role offers exposure to UK/EU trade, limited travel, and collaboration with multiple functions to ensure patient care and business performance. English required; certifications preferred.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in import/export operations or global trade compliance.
• Working knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping.
• Experience preparing import/export documentation with accuracy.
• Familiarity with UK and EU post-Brexit trade requirements.
• Experience with ERP or trade management systems.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day import/export operations to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain trade documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to UK, EU, and global customs laws and internal standards.
• Monitor customs clearance, tariff classification, valuation, and duty management.
• Maintain records per audit, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, quality, and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, compliance, and cost.
