• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to UK, EU, and global customs laws and internal standards.
• Monitor customs clearance activities, including tariff classification and valuation.
• Maintain records in accordance with audit, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, quality, and finance teams for cross-border flows.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
