Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Field Services Project Manager to lead aftermarket service projects for BRUSH Power Generation equipment. You will act as the main customer contact, drive project execution, and ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence across global sites.

The role requires strong customer management, planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on profitability and contract compliance in a dynamic, global environment.

Competenze

• Experience in project management or delivery in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Aftermarket.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work across functions and global teams.
• Knowledge of power generation equipment preferred.
