Job summary

BRUSH, part of Baker Hughes, is seeking a Field Services Project Manager to lead aftermarket service projects for its Power Generation equipment. You will be the primary customer contact, driving delivery on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams across the globe.

You will manage resources, support P&L objectives, and ensure safety, quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or project delivery, ideally within Oil & Gas, Energy, Service, or Aftermarket environments.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project costs, schedules, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing allocated Customer key accounts and/or other allocated Projects ensuring they are completed on schedule and within cost.
• Designating accounts from planning stage until completion of all contractual delivery obligations.
• Coordinating all communications between the customer and the Company from receipt of order to contract end/warranty period.
• Coordinating activity within internal departments for resourcing and rest of the world.
• Monitoring and issuing contractual documentation to the Customer.
• Monitoring project expenditure and investigating variances to implement remedial actions.
• Reviewing project performance and reporting significant issues to senior management.
• Reporting completion of project milestones to ensure on-time invoicing.
• Negotiating project variations and notifying internal departments accordingly.
• Ensuring final project reports and workbooks are completed on time and in-full.
• Minimising liabilities and maximising margins; supporting proposal stage with Gantt charts, materials and tooling.
• Working closely with Field Service teams to deliver projects effectively.
