Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced electrical and electronic control systems for complex industrial and energy applications.

You will own engineering activities from concept through delivery, working with international customers and multidisciplinary teams to drive solutions with minimal supervision. Strong leadership, documentation and international collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Controls Engineering with solid theory base.
• Proven experience with electrical/electronic design, AC/DC systems and schematics.
• Ability to work in an international, multidisciplinary team and write clear docs.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical oversight, run design reviews and guide engineers.
• Deliver electrical/electronic designs and analyses per standards.
• Produce and maintain design specifications, schematics, SLDs and BOMs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality engineering packages with safety in mind.
• Support on-site/off-site test setups, fault finding and investigations.
• Collaborate across UK, Poland and Vietnam with internal and external partners.
