Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency with CREO and Mathcad for design and analysis.
• Experience in oil and gas, supporting production, intervention or completion equipment.
• Experience managing engineering projects from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment, repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects for production and intervention equipment.
• Manage projects from purchase order receipt through engineering execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to achieve project milestones.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers throughout project execution.
• Produce and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, bills of materials, and PLM records.
• Support workshop activities to ensure equipment progresses through refurbishment and testing schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and resolving engineering challenges for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support installation, commissioning, and post-delivery technical activities as required.
