Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to deliver cloud-based HR solutions and integration across a range of financial domains. You will lead discovery, design, build and testing of Workday integrations and guide a team to successful implementations.

You will participate in large-scale Workday projects, share best practices, and collaborate with clients and Workday across international locations.

Qualifications

• Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of financial functional areas.
• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, Document Transformation and Orchestrate for Integrations.
• Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment and think analytically to solve problems.
• Handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while coordinating across teams.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to articulate requirements clearly.
• Demonstrate client focus with a commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Share leading practices and experiences on integrating Workday HCM and/or Financials with Payroll and other systems.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on topics across the integration domain.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients for each domain-specific integration.
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers and guide the implementation.
• Manage and guide a team of Workday Integrations consultants.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve robust solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities to shape the right offering for prospective clients.
