Job summary

Workday is seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant to be the primary liaison for technical inquiries, working with clients on integration architecture and solution delivery. You will design, build, test, and maintain integrations via APIs for cloud HR/recruiting systems, ensuring quality, scalability, and reuse.

You will lead multi-workstream implementations, mentor juniors, and help drive process improvements while communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting, integration architecture, or project leadership with focus on Workday.
• Hands-on Workday integrations expertise including Workday Studio and Workday Orchestrate.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver Workday integrations focused on Recruiting.
• Strong command of Workday integration ecosystem (Core Connectors, EIBs, web services, PECI/PICOF).
• Experience leading multi-workstream client implementations end-to-end.
• Mentoring junior consultants and guiding technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills enabling executive-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical liaison for integration projects for new and existing clients.
• Lead design sessions and translate client needs into clear integration architectures.
• Create documentation, whitepapers, and reusable assets for internal and client use.
• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations via APIs for cloud HR/recruiting systems.
• Own full integration lifecycle on client engagements from scoping to post-launch support.
• Drive improvements to workflow solutions through research, testing, and validation.
• Mentor junior consultants on integration best practices and client communication.
• Surface patterns and gaps to inform tooling and process improvements.
