Job summary

Ascom, a global healthcare technology company with a rich history, seeks an experienced HR Systems Expert to safeguard and optimise our HR technology landscape. You will be the go-to for HRIS, payroll platforms, and data analytics, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver reliable data and excellent user support.

You'll drive system enhancements, maintain governance, and support international HR projects across multiple countries, ensuring data quality, compliance, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience with HR systems and HR technology solutions.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage global and local HR systems including HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance of HR data across all systems.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
• Provide user support, guidance, and training, translating system capabilities into practical solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and monitor service delivery against agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience.
• Support global HR projects through effective planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and governance standards.
