Job summary

Expro is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer, support and optimise the HRIS. You will ensure data integrity, configure systems, generate reports and drive process improvements across HR.

The role requires 2+ years in HR/HRIS, proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and strong English communication. You will work with users across countries and maintain HRIS governance and training materials.

Qualifications

• Holds an HR or information systems related qualification.
• 2+ years’ experience in HR and/or HRIS.
• Proficient in using an HRIS and reporting.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as custodian of the HR Systems Admin ticketing system, troubleshoot issues and conduct audits.
• Maintain understanding of HR processes to ensure HRIS functionality.
• Communicate updates on new HRIS releases to HR SME.
• Analyse user requirements and automate processes in HRIS.
• Develop, test and rollout revised HRIS functionality.
• Update HRIS user guides for HR, managers and employees.
