Job summary

A&O Shearman in London is seeking a Head of Global People Systems to lead the Global HR Systems, Data & Reporting team. You will shape strategy and oversee delivery across PeopleSoft, BrassRing, Workday HCM and related platforms.

This role drives HR technology transformation post-merger, ensures data privacy, and partners with HR and IT leadership to deliver cost effective, scalable solutions across a global firm.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing HR technologies and leading teams in complex global organisations
• Significant experience of leading project delivery across multiple countries
• Deep understanding of Workday is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Global HR Systems, Data & Reporting team.
• Define and communicate a business-focused HR technology strategy in collaboration with IT leadership.
• Oversee migration plans for HR platforms, including Workday HCM.
• Build cross-functional relationships with HR leaders and other business units.
• Accountability for governance, cost estimates and project planning for HR systems projects.
