Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester is seeking an HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our international HR team. This hybrid role bridges HR data insights and HR systems, delivering meaningful analytics and system improvements across global offices.

You will maintain HRIS, produce accurate reporting, automate processes, and work with HR, Payroll, IT and suppliers to ensure data quality and efficient systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and maintaining HR systems (HRIS) in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems and data workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience producing HR reports and management information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday, including reporting and business processes.
• Knowledge of HR-to-payroll processes, integrations and data feeds.
• Experience supporting HR systems projects, upgrades or data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve HR systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot system, data and process issues.
• Assist with system changes, testing and enhancements.
• Support HR systems projects, upgrades and implementations.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain HR data accuracy through audits and quality checks.
• Produce and analyse HR reports and management information.
• Use advanced Excel to manipulate and reconcile HR data.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, templates and dashboards.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and suppliers to deliver effective systems support.
