Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester is seeking an HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our international HR team. This hybrid role bridges HR data insights and HR systems, delivering meaningful analytics and system improvements across global offices.

You will maintain HRIS, produce accurate reporting, automate processes, and work with HR, Payroll, IT and suppliers to ensure data quality and efficient systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting and maintaining HR systems (HRIS) in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems and data workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Experience producing HR reports and management information.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Workday, including reporting and business processes.
  • Knowledge of HR-to-payroll processes, integrations and data feeds.
  • Experience supporting HR systems projects, upgrades or data migrations.

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our international Human Resources team, supporting colleagues across multiple global offices. This hybrid role sits within our HR Data, Insights & Systems team and offers a unique opportunity to work across both data analytics and HR systems, driving meaningful insight and operational effectiveness.

The Role:

As an HR Systems and Data Analyst, you will work across HR Systems and HR Data & Insights, with a primary focus on supporting, maintaining and improving our HR systems, alongside producing accurate HR reporting and management information. You will need practical HR systems experience combined with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large and complex HR datasets

Key responsibilities include:
